Funds are debited for a recurring subscription granting access to an online communication platform operated by the Company. The subscription provides access to user profiles, messaging tools, and optional premium features.
The Company provides access to the platform only and does not guarantee meetings, relationships, or any specific outcomes resulting from user interactions.
Why are funds being debited from my bank account?
You have activated paid access to services on our websites. By purchasing a membership subscription, the user agrees to purchase a subscription and activate the subscription. A subscription is a periodic billing upon expiration of the selected subscription and activated VIP functions. In accordance with the terms of service, the subscription you purchased and access to VIP functions must be repaid after each period. In connection with this obligation, a debit is made from your bank account, which you specified when activating the subscription. Before the end of the subscription or trial period, we send a notification about the renewal and the upcoming debit.
Why were funds debited after the trial period ended?
When activating paid access for a trial period of 1, 3, 7 or 14 days, after the trial period expires, a monthly subscription is activated. When activating the trial period, you gave your consent to the formation of a monthly subscription with subsequent periodic invoicing. You will receive a notification 24 hours before the upgrade to a paid plan. In accordance with our Terms of Service and Payment Policy, your membership will automatically be upgraded to a 1-month membership unless you cancel it before the end of your current subscription.
What are the rules of subscription?
When activating paid access to the site, you selected a tariff plan (subscription) for a certain period: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or a trial period. Upon expiration of the subscription, in accordance with the rules of the site and based on your consent, the subscription and activated VIP functions are automatically extended for the next period. At the end of the trial period, a subscription for a 1-month pass and activated VIP functions is formed. Please note that further payments for all packages on our website are made automatically by default.
How to get refund?
In accordance with our terms of use, revocation may only be made to a limited extent in connection with the immediate provision of the service. Please contact our support service via available contacts (live chat, phone or feedback form) and state the reason why you want to issue a refund. We will individually review your request within 10 business days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You must cancel your subscription to this service during the current month, but no later than 24 hours before auto-renewal. Before your subscription is renewed, you will receive a notification so that you can cancel the renewal if necessary. You can cancel your subscription on the Site in the 'My Profile' section or by contacting our support service.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account and all data associated with it in the Profile Settings section. If you have any questions about deleting your account, please contact our support team. Please note that once your account is deleted, access to it cannot be restored.
